LATE POLICY

At Eman, we do our very best to accommodate you. If you are running late, please give your stylist a heads up! However, after 15 mins, your appointment will most likely need to be rescheduled.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointment time is reserved just for you! To ensure we can accommodate all of our guests, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedules.

Cancellations or Reschedules with Less than 48 Hours’ Notice: A fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost will be charged.

No-Shows: If you do not show up for your appointment without notice, 100% of the service cost will be charged.

Card on File Requirement: To secure your appointment, we require a credit card on file. Charges will only be applied in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.

 

We understand that life happens! If you have an emergency, please reach out—we’ll do our best to accommodate. Thank you for respecting our time and policies!

REFUND POLICY

We strive to ensure every guest leaves our salon feeling confident and satisfied. If for any reason you are unhappy with your hair, we want the opportunity to make it right.

You have 7 days from the date of your appointment to contact us regarding any concerns with your service.

We offer the following options:

    •    Redo: We will gladly schedule a complimentary adjustment with the original stylist to address your concerns.

    •    Partial Refund: If you prefer not to return for a redo, we can offer a 75% refund of the original service cost.

Please note:

    •    Concerns reported after 7 days from your appointment date may not be eligible for a redo or refund.

    •    Refunds are not offered for changes of mind or different expectations that were not communicated during the consultation.

FAQ

IS YOUR SALON "BY APPOINTMENT ONLY"?

Yes. Some of our stylists are self-employed renters who make their own schedule. However, don't let that discourage you!  We gladly take walk-in clients and set them up with any available stylist.

HOW CAN I SET UP AN APPOINTMENT?

You can contact your stylist personally or click the “Book an Appointment” button & fill out our new client form and we will contact you with dates and stylists available.

WHAT ARE YOUR PRICES?

HOW LONG SHOULD I EXPECT TO BE AT THE SALON?

Each service is unique. You can expect to be in the salon anywhere between 1hr to 4+ hrs. We are more than happy to offer refreshments and snacks for guests to enjoy!
